WARREN DEVANEY

Warren Devaney, 70, a resident of Potlatch, ID passed away on November 11, 2018 at his Potlatch, ID home from cancer. 

Warren was born on February 10, 1948 at Paterson, New Jersey to David and Sadie (Clifford) Devaney.  He attended his schooling in Paterson, New Jersey.

He joined the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam War.

He married Connie Rouse on June 15, 1974 at Spokane, WA and the couple made their home at Colfax, WA.  Warren worked at Jones Implement Company, the Windshield Doctor, was a grounds keeper at Boyer Park and later worked at Walmart for several years until he retired in 2014.  The couple later moved to Palouse, WA, later moved to Oakesdale, WA, and to Garfield, WA.  The couple later moved near Tampa, Florida, and in 2017 moved to Potlatch, ID.

Survivors include three sons, Warren David Devaney (Destiny), Springhill, Florida, Jason Devaney (Andrea) Garfield, WA and Warren John Devaney, Potlatch, ID, one daughter, Christina Paradiso (K.C.) Lewiston, ID.  Warren is also survived by numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018, 3:00 P.M. at Kramer Funeral Home, N. 203 Bridge St., Palouse, WA. with Rev. Jason Devaney officiating.   A potluck luncheon will be held after the service at the Garfield Community Center.
