HAROLD DONALD *DON* ANDERSON

Our gentle, loving Harold Donald Anderson 84 1/2 years lost his fight
with Parkinson's on 4/5/25 at home with his family around him.

Born in Oakesdale, Washington, Don graduated from Oakesdale High School with
awards for basketball, raised grand champion sheep in FFA; was FFA
Farmer of the year for the State Washington 1957 to 1958.

Don joined the USAF in February. 1962 & served till February 1966.He
met Carolyn R. Crooker during that time & was married 10/19/1963.

After the service he returned to farming in Oakesdale & Ephrata WA. Also worked at Peringer Seed plant, Moses Lake's Beet plant, & others.

He & family were active in church; he taught Sunday school, was on church boards; both in Oakesdale & Ephrata WA. He was always out helping others as they needed. Lending his machinery when needed. 

He's survived by his wife of 61 + Carolyn; 2 daughters: Sandra Ritter,& Shaun Sorensen & 2 sons, William Anderson & John Anderson. Granddaughter, Hailee Sanders, Grandsons: Aaron Sorensen, Nate Sorensen, Evan Anderson, Charlie Anderson & has 7 Great grandchildren.

Services will be on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, 10:30 A.M. at the Washington State Veterans cemetery in Medical Lake, Washington, 21702 West Espanola Road, Medical Lake, WA.99022 with Pastor Marty Masten officiating with Military honors following the service.
