Joey Campbell, 44, of Worley Idaho, passed away on May 30, 2025. Born in Spokane on June 12, 1980, Joey was the beloved daughter of Leta Campbell of the Coeur D’Alene Tribe and Joe Doran of Spokane.

Joey is survived by her loving parents; her daughters, Shoshanna Reeves and Mea Johnson; and her cherished granddaughter, Myra. She is also survived by her siblings: Leanne Campbell of Grand Coulee, WA; Roberto Doran, Franky Bybee, and DJ Campbell, all of Worley, ID; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who brought joy to her life.

A proud member of the Coeur d Alene tribe, Joey pursued multiple careers throughout her life. She held professional licenses in cosmetology and as a certified nursing assistant, and also earned a certificate in administrative assistance. Her work was a reflection of her deep care for others and her creative spirit.

Joey enjoyed many passions, including reading, running, and beading—expressing her love for both the peaceful and the artistic. She approached life with curiosity and an adventurous heart, always eager to try something new.

In her final chapter, Joey was deeply loved and supported by her boyfriend, Ron Salas, whose care and companionship meant a great deal to her.

Joey will be remembered for her strength, her warmth, and the love she gave so freely to her family and community.
