MELVIN ROBINSON Obituary

Mel L. Robinson was born December 22, 1940 in Garfield WA. to Ben and Agnes Robinson. He grew up in Garfield, WA and graduated from high school in 1959. Mel started construction work on numerous jobs around the country. Later years he worked road construction with Poe Asphalt and crew.  Mel was a hard worker and also enjoyed gardening and planting his Ponderosa Pine trees on his family’s farm place and his own back yard. Mel and Marge ran the Palouse Restaurant and Lounge in Palouse for eight years. Mel passed on May 30, 2020 at age 79.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            He is survived by his wife Marge of 59 years, and three sons.  Barry and wife Heidi and two grandchildren, Haley Marie and Troy who reside in Nampa, Idaho. He has one brother Ronald Robinson and wife Marlene, living in Alaska, One sister, Linda McCormick and husband Cormac and family from Prosser, WA.

His other two sons, Scott Robinson, lives in Palouse, Aaron Robinson lives in Pullman. From all of his family, we would like to say. We will think of you Mel when we see the mighty Ponderosa Pine.
