Vickie Lynn (Carter) Drewes, 57 passed away July 3rd, 2018 in Sacramento California. A graveside service will be held at the Viola Cemetery on August 11th @ 10am.

Vickie was born on December 2, 1960 in Moscow, Idaho. She graduated from LaCrosse High School in 1979. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Drewes, her parents Max & Eileen Carter and a brother Raymond Carter.

She is survived by siblings Sue Mayberry (Libby MT),Mel Carter (Lacrosse, WA), Norene Kosloski(Grand Coulee, WA) & Teena Van Ness (Lincoln, CA) along with her three children Cassie Stegmeier (Indianapolis, Indiana), Andy Stegmeier (Fort Leonardwood, Missouri) & Jacob Stegmeier (Denver, CO). Vickie was a loving Daughter, Sister & Mother and will be deeply missed. Our memories of her will forever sing in our hearts.
