Thank you so much Mark and Robert for all of your caring and compassion. You have been there for me and my family over so many years. The last two family members have been both of my parents. Since we never really buried Dad's ashes, it was so comforting to let me place them together when we had Mom's graveside. I felt uplifted to place the first hand full of dirt onto their urns. It was very moving for me. It brought me peace. Thanks again for your caring ways.
Such wonderful kind, caring and compassionate people. Mark, Robert and Kathy have been there for our family during the loss of all four of my grandparents, my uncle, and my dad. When I knew my dad would soon be dying, one of the first phone calls I made was to Kramer Funeral Home. I had never dealt with someone close to me dying, and being responsible for the services. My questions were met with kindness and compassion. I received the help I needed to prepare me for the next steps in my journey. When my dad died, I called again. I was gently guided through the process of saying good-bye to my daddy. From the American flag being draped over my dad's container being folded and presented to me, to helping me get his military headstone, I am ever so grateful for your professionalism, your solemn respect for the dead and their families, and your willingness to walk through a difficult time with me. Thank you, Kramer Funeral Home, for your help in every aspect of the experience.
